If you are based in the US, you can contact a commercial materials testinsg lab to get some. I am not aware of any outfit selling prepared etchants. This popular macroetching reagent for Aluminum is easy to prepare as described below:
25 ml H2O
15 ml HNO3
45 ml HCL
15 ml HF
In case you end up mixing it youeself, make absolutely certain to avoid any skin contact
with HF which is an insidious substance.
