Tempered Bainite

Dear experts:

After etching a 6150 spring steel quenched (845 C)in oil and tempered (425 C),using nital,I observed a microstructure different from the usual darkened tempered martensite.It consisted of a colored gray web spread towards the surface of the specimen.Can it be tempered bainite?
