We are lazer welding a copper/tin lead to a Ni/Fe pin. I need to etch this union after sectioning the joint. What is the best 'solution' to etch this. I'm currently using a 50/50 solution of Nitric acid and water. It works fairly well but I want better.
Suggestions from anyone?
