Hi, I need to polish a sample of pure molybdenum for EBSD and Iīd like to know if there is any practical recipe for this material. So far Iīve used paper 800 grit and diamond paste up to 1 micron, most of the scratches have dissappeared but thereīs a residue left on the surface that couldnīt be removed by ultrasound. Does anyone know any etchant I could use? Thanks!!
