For oxide inclusions, the chart represents the number of inclusions of the appropriate diameter and the numbering based on that @ 100x.
for all other inclusion types the number from the chart can be calulated by measing the length of the inclusions in question. the length of the inclusion for the given number is given on the chart @100x.
