Grinding 320, Chemical-mechanical Polishing mix. 90mL of Colloidal silica (OP-S) + 10mL H2O2 (30%).
Etchants 3mL HF, 6mL HNO3 and 100mL H2O – swab 3 - 10s (Kroll’s reagent).
